Follow the steps in the video below: 1. import image and create a mesh from it; 2. refine the mesh in order to control it in detail; 3. create the skeleton and attach the bones to mesh; 4. animate bones by setting the animation keyframes. Here is a tutorial showing how animations can be exported in the sprite sheet format. Sprite sheets can be imported and used in your favorite game development engine (i.e Unity, Construct2, Cocos2d etc.). Also, animations can be integrated in your website by directly copying the generated CSS3 / HTML5 code.
